Fun at the Weekend

Every Saturday morning, Jake and his friends meet at the local sports centre. Jake loves swimming — he says it is the best way to relax after a busy week at school. His friend Lisa prefers the gym because she wants to become a professional athlete one day. The sports centre also has an aquarium on the ground floor, which visitors can see for free.

After their workout, the group often goes to a fast food restaurant near the department store in the town centre. The restaurant is popular with young people because it serves fresh food quickly. Jake's favourite dish is smoked salmon pasta. The restaurant does not have a children's menu, but the staff are always friendly and experienced.

On Sunday evenings, the friends sometimes go to watch football at the stadium. Tickets for students are cheaper than regular tickets. Jake thinks watching live sport is more exciting than watching it on TV, but Lisa prefers to stay at home and relax.
