I have always felt that I would like to work in the field of medicine, specifically as a doctor. Ever since I was young, I was fascinated by how the human body works and by the idea of genuinely helping people. I find it meaningful to choose a career where your work has a direct impact on someone's life.

Both matter, but I personally lean towards following your passion, as long as it can provide a decent living. Spending forty or more hours a week doing something you dislike can seriously affect your mental wellbeing and motivation. That said, financial stability is also important, so ideally you want to find a balance — a job you enjoy that also pays reasonably well.

It depends on the field, but in many professions a university degree is still considered essential — medicine, law, and engineering are clear examples. However, in areas like technology or creative industries, practical skills and a strong portfolio can be just as valuable as a diploma. I think the most important thing is to keep learning, whether through formal education or self-study.

Without a doubt, dedication and the willingness to keep improving are among the most important qualities. Talent alone rarely leads to long-term success — what really makes a difference is the ability to handle failure, learn from it, and stay consistent. I also think good communication skills are crucial in almost any profession, as they help you work effectively with other people.

While both options have merit, I think I would prefer to start my own business eventually, even though it involves more risk. Running your own company gives you the freedom to make your own decisions and build something you are genuinely proud of. Working for a large firm, on the other hand, offers more stability and a clearer career path, which can be very valuable especially at the beginning of your professional life.
